Custom EA Development Lab: Professional Expert Advisor programming services starting from €200, offering three service packages (Basic EA Development, Advanced EA Development, Premium AI-Powered EA)
Team Collaboration: Multi-user bot development with role-based access control, team invitations, and review workflows
Bot Environments: Development, staging, and production environment management with code locking and version control
Bot Licensing System: License key generation, account restrictions, and broker prefix management
AI Backtest Analysis: Automated analysis of trading strategy performance
Risk Charter: Personal risk management rules and trading restrictions
Strategy Collections: Organization and categorization of trading strategies
Bot Journal & Incident Logging: Trading session documentation and issue tracking
Referral Program: Commission-based referral system for subscribers

We operate from the European Union and serve customers globally. All trading bots and custom EAs are provided as software tools, not financial advice.

Storage of User-Created Content

All content you create on our platform is stored in our databases, including bots, environments, licenses, journals, incidents, collections, risk charters, and collaboration data. VAMPD 24 LTD and authorized personnel may access this data to operate and improve the service, provide support, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

Team members you invite are subject to the same terms of service

Team Collaboration Terms

When using team collaboration features:

Bot Ownership: The account that creates a bot remains the owner with full control
Role-Based Access: Team members have access based on assigned roles (owner, editor, reviewer, viewer)
Invitation Responsibility: You are responsible for team members you invite
Review Workflow: Approval workflows must be followed for production deployments
Access Revocation: Owners can remove team members and revoke access at any time
Shared Content: Comments, reviews, and collaboration data are shared with team members

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EACrafter to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Engage in market manipulation or illegal trading practices
Generate bots for money laundering or terrorist financing
Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
Interfere with or disrupt our services
Use our service to compete with us or create similar services
Share or distribute license keys without authorization
Abuse the referral program or create fraudulent referrals
Circumvent rate limits or security measures

Intellectual Property

EACrafter retains ownership of our platform, technology, and AI models
Generated bot code belongs to you, subject to these terms
License keys and licensing system remain our intellectual property
You grant us license to analyze anonymized usage patterns
Respect third-party intellectual property rights

Payment Terms

We process payments securely through Stripe. Different terms apply to our services:

Subscription Services (Bot Builder)

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
Plans include monthly prompt limits that reset each billing cycle
We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice
Failed payments may result in service suspension
You can cancel your subscription at any time

Referral Program

Earn commissions when referred users subscribe
Commission rates and terms are subject to change
Fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of earnings
Payouts are processed according to our payment schedule

Custom EA Development Services

Pricing starts from €200 based on complexity and requirements
Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement
Custom development is billed per project, not on subscription basis
Delivery timeline and milestones are defined in project agreement

Force Majeure & Pricing Adjustments

VAMPD 24 LTD reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing due to force majeure events or regulatory changes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Tax & VAT Changes: Implementation or modification of Value Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, or other governmental taxes and levies
Regulatory Compliance: New legal or regulatory requirements imposing additional costs or obligations
Payment Processing Changes: Increased fees from payment processors (Stripe) or banking institutions
Currency Fluctuations: Significant exchange rate variations affecting operational costs
Force Majeure Events: Natural disasters, pandemics, wars, governmental actions, or other events beyond our control

Pricing Adjustment Terms:

You will receive 30 days advance notice of any pricing changes
VAT and tax adjustments may be applied immediately as required by law
You may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing
We will clearly communicate the reason for any price adjustment

Refund Policy

Subscription Services: 3-Day Refund Window

Eligibility Period: You may request a full refund within 3 days of making any subscription payment
Full Refund: Eligible refund requests will receive a complete refund of the payment amount
All Payments: This applies to all subscription payments including first payments, renewals, and plan changes
How to Request: Submit refund requests through your account dashboard or contact support
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Automatic Eligibility: Requests made within the 3-day window are automatically eligible
Service Termination: Processed refunds will result in immediate subscription cancellation

Important: After the 3-day period expires, all payments become final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Custom EA Development: Project-Based Refunds

Down Payment: Initial deposits for custom development are generally non-refundable once work begins
Milestone-Based: Refunds for incomplete work depend on project milestones and deliverables completed
Quality Guarantee: If the delivered EA doesn't meet agreed specifications, revisions will be provided at no extra cost
Case-by-Case: Refund requests are evaluated individually based on project status and agreement terms

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAMPD 24 LTD (trading as EACrafter.com) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims related to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where VAMPD 24 LTD is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms
